- 1 pkg. imitation crab meat
- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
- 16 oz. low-fat cream cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- vegetable oil for deep frying
- bowl of warm water
Directions

1In a food processor, chop the crab.

2In a large bowl, mix the crab, cream cheese and garlic until well mixed.

3Place a small dollop of the mixture into the center of the wonton skin.

4Fold one tip of the wonton to its opposite tip, making a triangle.

5Dab your finger in the water and run around the skin to seal the seams.

6Then pinch together the 2 points and fold down the top point of the triangle.

7Deep fry until golden brown.

8Drain on paper towels.
