Ingredients

  • 8 oz. imitation crabmeat cut in small pieces
  • 3 or 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper diced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • garlic and onion powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crescent rolls
  • egg white (slightly beaten)

Directions

    Saut green pepper and onion until tender.

    Add crab and heat through. Set aside to cool.

    Beat cream cheese with garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.

    Stir in cheeses and crab mixture.

    Beat egg white slightly and mix into crab mixture. Chill several hours.

    Separate crescent rolls and place one tablespoon mixture on dough and roll up and seal.

    Brush with egg white and bake 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
