Crab Rolls(Makes 60)

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- 1 lb. butter
- 20 slices bread (crusts removed)
- 3 c. sesame seed
- 2 (7 or 8 oz.) cans flaked crabmeat
Directions

1Melt cheese and 1/2 of butter in top of a double boiler. Cool.

2Add crabmeat, stirring until mixture is spreadable.

3(The butter and cheese separate.)

4Roll each slice of bread with a rolling pin to flatten.

5Spread crab mixture on one side of bread and roll up.

6Melt remaining butter.

7Dip rolls into butter.

8Roll in sesame seed.

9Place seam side down in shallow baking pan. Cover pan and freeze.

10To serve, thaw slightly.

11Cut each roll into thirds.

12Broil until golden brown, turning once.
