  • 16 ounces lump crabmeat
  • 23 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 12 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 23 cup celery, finely sliced
  • cantaloupe (optional) or honeydew melon (optional)

    mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices in 2 qt bowl.

    fold in celery and crab.

    chill untiil ready to use.
