- 16 ounces lump crabmeat
- 23 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 12 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 23 cup celery, finely sliced
- cantaloupe (optional) or honeydew melon (optional)
Directions

1mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices in 2 qt bowl.

2fold in celery and crab.

3chill untiil ready to use.

4ideas** cut cantelope or honeydew melon in half and scoop out seeds.

5slice off a little of the skin on bottom of melon so that it stands on its own.
