- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. oil (vegetable)
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Brown flour in a frying pan over low heat, stirring constantly for 20 minutes.

2Remove from heat.

3To the flour, add sugar, cinnamon and oil away from heat, stirring for 5 minutes.

4Add water and reheat, stirring for 5 minutes until Halvah thickens. Cover and simmer slowly for 5 more minutes.

5Fold in walnuts.

6Let cool and then cut into squares.
