Crab Scramble Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • paprika

Directions

    Pour margarine into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square casserole dish; tilt dish to coat bottom.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dill weed.

    Stir in crabmeat and cream cheese.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Stir gently 2 to 3 times.

    (At this point, you may cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.

    Stir gently before baking.)

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake, uncovered, until center is set, 40 to 45 minutes.
