- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can crab meat or 1 lb. fresh
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 box Stouffer's spinach souffle, baked until lightly brown
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, crab meat, eggs and butter well.

2Add flour and baked spinach souffle and mix well.

3Fold in Cheddar cheese. Pour into buttered 12 x 8 x 1-inch baking dish.

4Bake in 350° oven until knife comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
