- 2 lb. crab claws
- 1 c. crab meat (lump)
- 1/2 c. crab claw meat
- 1/2 c. shrimp
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. whitefish fillet
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. clam juice
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add onion; cook over low heat for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

3Stir the cornstarch into the skillet; cook 3 minutes more.

4Add water, clam juice and seasonings; slowly cook for 5 minutes.

5Add crab meat, shrimp, fish and crab claws; cook until heated through (about 20 minutes on low heat).
