Ingredients

  • 2 lb. crabmeat
  • 4 or 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. half and half or 1/2 c. half and half and 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. both Mozzarella and Swiss cheese or 1/4 c. each
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients.

    Place in buttered dish or individual shell dishes (or spray with Pam).

    Crush Pepperidge Farm and put on top of mixture.

    Add melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
