- 2 lb. crabmeat
- 4 or 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. half and half or 1/2 c. half and half and 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. both Mozzarella and Swiss cheese or 1/4 c. each
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Parmesan cheese
- Pepperidge Farm dressing
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Place in buttered dish or individual shell dishes (or spray with Pam).

3Crush Pepperidge Farm and put on top of mixture.

4Add melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
