- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup prosciutto ham
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups crabmeat, cooked
- 2 tablespoons oregano, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in pan, and brown the garlic and onion.

2Add Prosciutto and tomatoes, and cook until a thick paste.

3Stir in crabmeat, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook until crab is heated thoroughly.

5Serve with Italian bread.
