- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 qt. half and half
- 1 pt. milk
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
- 1 lb. (or more) crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. sherry
Directions

1Melt 1 stick butter and saute onion.

2Set aside.

3In a large pan melt 1 tablespoon butter; add flour.

4Gradually add half and half to make white sauce.

5Add milk.

6Add sherry, crabmeat and onions.

7Cook all day until thick on low heat.

8Add Old Bay seasoning to taste just before serving.
