- 4 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. cooked crabmeat
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. mace (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1In saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.

2Add flour and stir until smooth.
