- 16 oz. can tomatoes, partially drained
- 1 tsp. each dried oregano, basil, thyme leaves
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 8 oz. imitation crab, flaked
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1To skillet, add tomatoes, oregano, basil and thyme.

2Simmer on low for 20 minutes.

3Add crab and parsley.

4Simmer 5 more minutes. Add garlic.

5Heat through.

6Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4 with 3 grams of fat per serving.
