Crab Stuffed Shells

- 1 pkg. jumbo shells
- 1 1/2 c. crabmeat or imitation
- 15 oz. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley (fresh)
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 (30 oz.) jar low-fat spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook pasta according to directions.

2Drain and cool.

3In large bowl, stir together crabmeat, cheese, parsley and horseradish. Stuff each shell with about 1 tablespoon mixture.

4Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

5Place shells in pan and cover with remaining sauce.

6Cover with foil.

7(Can be prepared to this point and baked later.)

8Bake 35 minutes.

9Remove foil and bake 10 minutes.

10Makes 8 to 10 servings.
