Crab Swiss Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, sliced thin
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 pkg. flaky refrigerator biscuits (12 in a pkg.)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except biscuits and mix well. Separate biscuits into 3 layers and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Spoon crab mixture and press down lightly with a fork to near edge of biscuit.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.

    Serves 36 appetizers.
