  • 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Or Soy Sauce
  • 4 ounces, weight Crab Meat Or Imitation Crab Meat

Directions

    Pour oil into a frying pan or wok, about 1 deep.

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except wonton wrappers and water.

    Use one wonton wrapper at a time, moisten the edges with water on a finger and place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center.

    Fold over and seal the edges well.

    Continue till all filling is used.

    Makes approximately 20 pieces.

    Cook in hot oil for approximately 1 minute on each side till lightly browned.

    Drain on a paper towel.

    Serve with your favorite Oriental dipping sauce, such as sweet and sour, soy sauce, or orange sauce.
