  • 1 soft shelled crab
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon goya adobo seasoning
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 14 cup rendered bacon fat
  • 1 full lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice red onion, thin
  • vine ripened tomatoes, sliced thin
  • mayonnaise
  • kaiser roll

Directions

    Mix flour and seasoning.

    Rinse and pat dry soft shell crab.

    Coat crab with flour mixture.

    Heat bacon fat in saute pan for 1/4-inch depth.

    Fry coated soft shell crab until browned.

    Slice kaiser roll and lightly toast.

    Spread mayonnaise on roll.

    Place crab, onion, bacon, lettuce and tomato in roll.
