- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. finely chopped black olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 24 medium mushrooms, stems removed
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Toss crabmeat with lemon juice in medium bowl.

3Add the next five ingredients and mix well.

4Fill mushroom caps with mixture.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Rinse a baking sheet lightly with water, shaking off excess.

7Arrange mushrooms on sheet.

8Cover with foil and bake 12 to 15 minutes.

9Remove foil and continue baking until tips are golden, about 5 minutes.

10Serve immediately.
