Crabmeat Bacon Rolls

  • 1/2 c. tomato paste
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 1 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 12 strips bacon, cut in 1/2-inch strips

Directions

    Mix tomato paste with egg.

    Add salt, crumbs, parsley, celery salt and crabmeat.

    Mix thoroughly and chill.

    Roll into finger lengths, wrap each roll and 1/2 strip of bacon and fasten with toothpicks.

    Chill well.
