- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground mace
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients; stir well.

2Stir in crabmeat and egg yolks.

3Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.

4Shape into 1-inch balls.

5Dredge balls in flour.

6Pour oil to depth of 2 to 3 inches in Dutch oven or heavy saucepan.

7Heat to 375°.

8Fry balls in oil until golden.

9Drain on paper towels.

10Serve immediately.
