- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 c. onion, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, grated
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute celery, onions and parsley in 3 tablespoons butter. Mix all ingredients, reserving half the bread crumbs to sprinkle on top.
