- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter (do not use margarine)
- 1 1/4 lb. frozen crabmeat (Wakefield)
Directions

1Thaw crabmeat and squeeze out all water.

2Break in chunks. Melt cheese and butter in double boiler.

3Add crabmeat chunks to cheese and butter mixture.

4Mix well.

5Serve warm in chafing dish. Serve on large bread wafers or any large wafer that isn't seasoned, as you want to enjoy the flavor of the crabmeat mixture.
