  • 1 lb. imitation crab meat
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Ranch Style party mix dressing
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Place butter in pan and melt on low heat.
  2. 2
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in pan until tender.

    Add cream cheese already softened, Ranch party mix, mayo and crabmeat.

    Mix together and put in a casserole dish.

    Cook for 15 minutes in a 400° oven.
