Name: Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake
Ingredients: 1 (1 1/4 lb.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies; 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted; 4 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks; 1 c. sugar; 1/3 c. whipping cream; 6 large eggs; 2 Tbsp. flour; 2 tsp. vanilla

1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
4 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. whipping cream
6 large eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Whirl 1/2 package of cookies, including filling, in food processor until they form fine crumbs. (Or crush in bag with a rolling pin.)

Mix in butter.

Scoop crumbs into 9-inch cheesecake pan with removable bottom and press evenly over bottom and about 1/2-inch up sides. Chill about 20 minutes until firm.
