  • 1 lb. Wakefield snow crab
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 to 4 scallions, chopped (greens only)
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

    Combine everything except crabmeat.

    Add crab meat. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
