- 1 pound cod fillets
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup celery chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely minced
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions

1Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add cod and cook 5 - 7 minutes until cod is just cooked through and flakes at the thickest part.

2In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients.

3When cod is cooked, break apart into large chunks and fold into salad.

4Eat as is, or wrap the salad inside your favorite wrap.
