- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- parsley sprigs
Directions

1Heat soup in a medium saucepan over low heat.

2Remove from heat.

3Dissolve gelatin in cold water.

4Add to soup, stirring well.

5Add next five ingredients and mix well.

6Spoon into an oiled 4 cup mold.

7Chill until firm.

8Unmold and garnish with parsley.

9Serve with assorted crackers.
