Ingredients

  • 12 whole Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls (white Or Wheat)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon, Cooked Over Medium Heat Until Crispy Then Crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley Ranch Mix

Directions

  1. 1
Set out 12 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls to thaw and rise, placing them on a baking tray. Cover the tray with a piece of non-stick spray coated plastic wrap.
  2. 2
Roughly 3-5 hours later, or when rolls are doubled in size, combine 6 rolls and work them into a 10 inch circle on the baking tray. Do the same with the other 6 rolls.
  3. 3
Brush each circle with butter, then sprinkle each with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, half of the bacon and 1 teaspoon of Ranch Dressing mix. Using a pizza cutter, cut each circle into 8 wedges.
  4. 4
Roll each wedge into a crescent shape (see photo) and place on a non-stick sprayed cookie sheet, point side down. Cover the baking sheet with a piece of non-stick sprayed plastic wrap and let the dough rise about 45 minutes, or until double in size. At the end of the dough rising time, preheat oven to 350 F.
  5. 5
Remove plastic wrap and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
