  • 1/2 cup fine bulgur wheat
  • 1-1/2 cups chicken broth, heated to boil

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. PLANTERS Peanut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 lettuce leaves

    Mix bulgur and broth in medium bowl.

    Let stand 30 min.

    Add onions, parsley and mint; mix well.

    Stir in oil, lemon juice and pepper.
