  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers (35)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

    Line cookie sheet pan with foil.

    Spray with Pam.

    Place crackers, salt side up on foil.

    Bring oleo and sugar to a boil and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add 1 cup of almond flavoring.

    Pour mixture over crackers.

    Bake 400° for 16 minutes.

    Top with chocolate chips as soon as you remove from the oven.

    Spread melted chips with spatula. Cool. Break into pieces.

    Store in container.
