Cracker Crusted Cubed Steak

  • 1 packages Ritz garlic butter crackers, crushed finely
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Cubed steaks
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 garlic powder

Directions

    In a medium skillet heat enough oil to thinly coat bottom of pan.

    Meanwhile beat both eggs in a bowl.
  3. 3
    Place crushed crackers in a separate bowl.
  4. 4
    Season steak with pepper and garlic.
  5. 5
    Dredge steak first in egg then coat firmly with the crackers.

    Once oil is hot place steaks into pan.
  7. 7
    Cook until no longer pink.

    Be careful not to burn.

    Serve with sides of choice.
