- 5 to 8 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Use roasting pan for popped corn.

2Keep popped corn warm in 250° oven.

3Mix all ingredients, except soda in large saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat and add soda.

5(Be careful, foams when stirring.)

6Stir well and pour over popped corn.

7Coat well with large spoon. Return to oven and bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
