  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 18 to 20 crackers, crumbled
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix yolks, milk, butter and crackers.

    Cook in microwave for 8 to 10 minutes until liquid is gone.

    Add beaten egg whites to sugar and spread over the top.

    Brown in conventional oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
