- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 oz. Clifty Farm crackers
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Grease pans to be used and preheat oven to 450°.

2Put cornmeal into bowl and gradually add buttermilk. Then the egg and cracklins.

3Pour into hot pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
