  • 1 2/3 cups milk or 1 2/3 cups half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pork cracklings
