- 8 dates
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/4 cup ghee organic
- 1/3 cup organic coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2Dice dates in food prcessor then add pecans and walnuts to food processors and pulse until nuts are nicely chopped

3Add chopped nut mixture, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and chia seeds in large mixing bowl and mix all ingredients with hands until blended

4Combine ghee and coconut oil together and warm until liquid. Add homey to ghee and coconut oil mixture.

5Drizzle oil and honey mixture over nut mix and blend with hands

6Press mixture into a baking sheet or baking dish lined with parchment paper.

7Bake 20 minutes at 350, or until granola is lightly golden

8Allow granola to cool, then break into pieces and store
