- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
Directions

1Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray, and preheat oven to 375°F.

2Cream butter and add brown sugar gradually.

3Add eggs one at a time, beating constantly.

4Add vanilla, mix well.

5Sift together flour, oats, baking powder and salt.

6Add a little at a time to the wet mixture.

7Mix in chips, coconut, nuts and cranberries.

8Press into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.

9Cool before cutting.
