  • 1 cup cranberries, cut up
  • 1 cup sugar (for over the cranberries)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
