- 6 cups Hash browns refrigerated.
- 3 pounds Turkey ham
- 1 cup Red onion
- 3 cups Red and green peppers
- 2 cups Craisins
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 24 Croissants
Directions

1Grease a 18x26 pan.

2Put the hash browns and cheese in the pan.

3Dice the ham, craisins, peppers, and onion then add to the pan. Stir.

4Put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

5Put croissants in the oven the last couples of minutes to warm them.

6Take everything out of the oven. Scoop mixture between croissants and serve.

7You can prepare the mixture the night before and pop in the oven the next morning.
