  • 1 qt. cranberries
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 4 whole allspice
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Tie spices in a bag. Boil cranberries and liquid until cranberries are tender.

    Remove spices and run cranberries through a sieve.

    Add sugar.

    Boil 10 minutes and seal in sterile jars. Makes 1 quart.
