- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. chopped cranberries
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar, orange peel, eggs and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended.

2Stir in 1/2 cup of the cranberries.

3Pour into crust.

4Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cranberries.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

6Cool.

7Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
