  • 4 to 6 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina or French dressing
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Mix cranberry sauce, dressing and onion soup mix together with a spoon.

    Place chicken in a large, covered casserole dish and pour cranberry mixture over chicken.

    Bake at 325° for 2 hours, uncovered.

    After 1 1/2 hours, cover.

    Or, bake at 225° for 4 hours, covered.
