  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Sliced
  • 1- 1/2 pound Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Whole Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Finely Chopped
  • 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Halved For Garnish

Directions

    Place onion in a slow cooker.

    Add beef to the cooker.

    Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

    Combine cranberry sauce and chipotle peppers.

    Pour over all.

    Cover and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours.

    Serve with cooked rice and garnish with jalapeno peppers.
