- 1 lb. cranberries
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. chopped onion or less
- 1 c. chopped, cored, pared baking apple (1 medium)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Simmer cranberries, sugar, raisins, spice and water in 2-quart saucepan (uncovered) over medium heat, stirring frequently until juice is released from cranberries, about 15 minutes.

2Reduce heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

3Simmer uncovered until thick, about 15 minutes.

4Refrigerate covered, up to 2 weeks.
