- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots.

2Drain and cool.

3Cut onion and green pepper in round slices and mix with cooled carrots.

4Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.

5Cover and marinate 12 hours or more.

6Drain to serve.
