Cranberry Crunch

  • 2 c. cranberries
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 12 oz. jar orange marmalade
  • 4 oz. crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Put cranberries and sugar in pan and cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Cool a little; then add marmalade, ginger and pecans, in layers, with pecans on top. Refrigerate and use as condiment with turkey. OR serve as a dessert with whipped cream or possibly with vanilla ice cream. If it is too gingery, cut amount in half.
