  • 4 c. cranberries
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar or artificial sweetener
  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin
  • small amount of cold water

Directions

    Boil cranberries with water until tender. Strain. Boil sugar and quart of water for 5 minutes. Add sugar water, juice of lemons, and gelatin which has been softened in cold water, to the cranberries. Freeze, stirring several times during freezing. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
