Cranberry Jam

  • 2 cups Dehydrated Cranberries, Soaked Overnight
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Water (as Needed)

Directions

    Chop the cranberries in a blender until you obtain a lovely ruby colored paste.

    Blend with the other ingredients until all the flavors are evenly combined. Add water slowly until you get the consistency you want (I used about 1/2 a cup).

    Place the jam in a clean jar and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Keep it in the fridge.
