- 2 cups Dehydrated Cranberries, Soaked Overnight
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Water (as Needed)
Directions

1Chop the cranberries in a blender until you obtain a lovely ruby colored paste.

2Blend with the other ingredients until all the flavors are evenly combined. Add water slowly until you get the consistency you want (I used about 1/2 a cup).

3Place the jam in a clean jar and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Keep it in the fridge.
