- 1 large pkg. black cherry Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 large can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits in heavy syrup (undrained)
- few drops mint extract
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Combine jello and water, stirring until well dissolved.

2Stir in cranberry sauce, stirring until all chunks are broken up.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

4Stir in pineapple, mint and nuts.

5Drop sour cream into jello by teaspoonfuls so that each serving will have a bit of sour cream in it.

6Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
