  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 16 oz. can cranberry sauce
  • 4 drops red food coloring

Directions

    Drain 3/4 cup syrup from pineapple.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise.

    Beat in cranberry sauce. Stir in pineapple and nuts.

    Fold in whipped cream and add food coloring.

    Pour into mold and freeze.

    Take out of freezer 2 hours before serving. Place in refrigerator. Unmold.
